A little about me

I’m Jessica Pritchett—a researcher, entrepreneur, author, mentor, and founder working at the intersection of business, culture, and impact.

My work spans beauty, consumer products, and women’s basketball. Across those worlds, I’m interested in how ideas become businesses, how culture creates opportunity, and how research can help us see what comes next.

I’m the founder of OOLI Beauty and Heirloom Intelligence, and the voice behind The Big Beauty Guide.

Each reflects a different part of my work: building a brand, making sense of commercial opportunity, and sharing what it takes to bring a business to life.

A graduate of Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business, I now serve as a mentor to women entrepreneurs in the program.

I believe the knowledge we gain from building should be shared—and that there’s room to create something meaningful across more than one industry.
